Golden Anniversary Nonprofit Excellence Award Winner!

In recognition of their golden anniversary, the Greater Toledo Community Foundation invited past excellence awardees to submit an application that answered just one question:
“In the last 50 years, what has been your organization’s most impactful program, project or partnership—and why?”

Our application focused on our beautiful inpatient centers and what having these resources have meant for patients and families in the community seeking compassionate,
quality end-of-life care.

A review committee narrowed the to field to six finalists. Attendees at today’s Northwest Ohio Nonprofit Excellence Awards breakfast voted on the overall winner. Hospice of Northwest Ohio was selected to receive the Golden Anniversary Nonprofit Excellence Award, which includes an unrestricted grant of $25,000 from the Greater Toledo Community Foundation!
