Hospice of Northwest Ohio volunteers play a vital role in enhancing the end-of-life experiences of our patients and their families. They represent all ages and life experiences. They are drawn to hospice work for a variety of reasons, but the characteristics that define and unite them are compassion and the desire to help others. Their many skills are matched to important tasks within our mission.

"I can't speak highly enough about our volunteer. He helped him to find joy again by reminiscing about the things that he loved."
