Creating a legacy of giving is easier than you think. As you begin to look ahead at the new year, and the future, take some time to start creating or enhancing your legacy at the organizations you care about most, like Hospice of Northwest Ohio.

How to Get Started

1. Name Hospice of Northwest Ohio Foundation as a beneficiary for retirement plans or life insurance policies. While we encourage families to prioritize caring for current and future generations of loved ones, we are honored to be included at whatever percentage is right for you and your family. Your legacy can be extended far into the community and well into the future by providing for our patients and families as part of your charitable impact.
2. Include Hospice of Northwest Ohio Foundation in your will or living trust. This gift can be made by including as little as one sentence in your will or living trust. Plus, your gift is revocable and can be modified throughout your lifetime as circumstances or priorities change.

When you make changes to your will or living trust you will need to include your estate planning attorney or other financial professionals, depending on your circumstances. We assure you the time you spend to plan for your future, and ours, will be time well spent.

River Rd., Perrysburg, Ohio 43551, or its successor thereto, _________ [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose."
