The Memorial Walkways

The Memorial Walkways have become a focal point at both centers. Patients and visitors alike enjoy spending time outside and admiring the many heartfelt messages that appear on the Walkways. The Walkways are maintained with funds specifically designated for this purpose. All other memorial gifts are used to provide patient care and community support. Please understand that general memorial contributions given for your loved one by other donors cannot be used toward the purchase of bricks. Those wishing to donate toward bricks must specify that their gift is to be used for the Walkway at the time the donation is made.

Visiting the Walkways

While those who donate bricks are welcome to visit the Walkways  at anytime, they will be initially invited to view their brick or granite block at a special open house event held once each year in late summer/early fall. We have found this is a very meaningful event for families. You will be notified of the date by mail well in advance so anyone you care to invite can make plans to attend.
