Sarah is the founder of Questing Insight, a training development practice based in Columbus, Ohio, where she specializes in the design and delivery of workshops focused on emotional intelligence and team communication. With nearly a decade of facilitation experience working with professionals across a wide range of industries, Sarah helps build the self-awareness, communication skills and emotional agility needed to navigate difficult conversations. She holds multiple EQ credentials through the Daniel Goleman Institute and The Coaching Academy and is also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
