On this Administrative Professionals Day, we would like to recognize our staff who play a key role in keeping our agency running! These amazing support professionals support our agency – patients, staff, visitors, families, volunteers – in so many ways.
For anyone who calls into Hospice of Northwest Ohio, theirs is the first voice you hear. They forward callers to the right person as soon as possible. For anyone who visits one of our Hospice Centers, a member of the team is waiting to greet you and assist you – whether it is to provide a room number and directions to that room; answer your questions or accept a heartfelt donation.
Additionally, there are people throughout the agency who perform a myriad of critical functions that provide support to our team and to our patients and families. No matter what you need, they know where it is, who to call and how to make things happen. We could not do what we do without them.
