Hospice Care At Home
Hospice of Northwest Ohio provides home care for patients living in Lucas County, Northern Wood County, Western Ottawa County and Southeast Michigan; including Monroe, Bedford, Lambertville, Blissfield and Dundee. The care and services provided include:

- 24-hour on-call availability of a Hospice nurse;
- Emotional and spiritual support for the entire family;
- Home Health Aides;
- Assistance in ordering drugs, medical supplies and equipment;
- Assistance with patients’ personal hygiene;
- Instruction for family members on the care of their loved ones;
- Respite care, support and assistance from trained Hospice volunteers;
- Art and music therapy;
- Massage therapy;
- Bereavement support for family members.
