Hospice of Northwest Ohio received the first-ever Non-Profit Excellence Award this morning at a community breakfast attended by 280 people. Sponsored by the Toledo Community Foundation and The Blade, this award is very meaningful since more than 100 agencies vied for the honor, which includes a $5,000 cash award.
