Care Where You Want It
The goal of Hospice is to provide care wherever patients live. While the majority of our patients prefer to stay in their own homes, we also care for them in designated nursing homes or assisted living facilities, and at our home-like Hospice Centers in Perrysburg and Toledo. Adjustments can be made in living arrangements throughout the course of each patient’s illness, based on patient and/or family needs.
